  • Keyboarding skills, computer technology, file systems, internet resources, troubleshooting hardware issues, and understanding operating systems.

  • Architecture of microcomputers, peripherals, maintenance, network types, security needs, and cloud computing basics.
  1. Software Applications
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases; creating and formatting documents, slides, and spreadsheets; managing data and preparing presentations.

  • Effective use of email, understanding electronic mailing lists, and employing online databases for research.
